The Canvas Crew
The Canvas Crew is a program with the main goal of saving art in public schools. It operates on an easy cycle: companies with money to spend/who want to volunteer, are sent a press kit with an informational brochure, Canvas Crew gear, and a pass to the mural painting (at the end of the cycle). The company then donates, where all the money is sent to Crayola, who then turn the funds into art supplies. The supplies are sent to the school in need (no money transactions) and the company that donated is asked to participate in a collaborative mural painting conducted at the school.
Phone app for teachers to post supplies needed and finished projects, and for parents to see their children's finished projects as well as help donate to the classroom.
